Brownie in a mug

ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons of gluten-free flour
  • 1 1/2 to 2 tablespoons of sugar
  • 2 tablespoons of unsweetened cocoa powder
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon of baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons of butter
  • 3 tablespoons of milk
  • Chocolate chips

directions

  1. Get a microwave-safe mug
  2. Add the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, salt, and baking powder 
  3. Mix
  4. Add the vanilla extract, melted butter, and milk
  5. Mix
  6. Add the chocolate chips
  7. Mix
  8. Microwave for 1 minute
  9. Enjoy!

notes

  • You can put more or less sugar depending on your taste
  • You can put more or less milk depending on how you like your brownie
  • You can add ice cream on top
