5-minute rice paper noodles

ingredients

  • 3 to 5 sheets of rice paper
  • 3/4 tablespoon of gluten-free soy sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon of distilled white vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon of  chili pepper flakes
  • 1/2 teaspoon of chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon of sesame seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon of minced garlic
  • 2 tablespoons of sesame oil

directions

  1. Stack the rice papers
  2. Soak them in warm water on a plate until flexible
  3. Remove some water from the plate
  4. Microwave for 1 and a half minutes
  5. Cut the rice papers into 1/2-inch thick noodles
  6. Add to a bowl
  7. In a separate bowl add the soy sauce, vinegar, chili flakes, chili powder, sesame seeds, and garlic
  8. Heat the oil 
  9. Add the oil to the bowl with the sauce
  10. Mix
  11. Add the sauce to the bowl with the noodles
  12. Mix
  13. Enjoy!

notes

  • Make sure that there is a little water left on the plate when you microwave the rice paper
  • After microwaving, remove all the water and then cut the paper
  • You can replace the noodles with any type you like
